1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jlgg website, mobile platform, and any related services operated under the jlgg brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of jlgg, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jlgg's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

jlgg reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the jlgg Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations. jlgg strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jlgg is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jlgg, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jlgg or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on jlgg, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active jlgg account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jlgg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your jlgg account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jlgg reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormancy policy, which will be communicated to you in advance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jlgg Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. jlgg accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment channels as listed in the cashier section of the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used. jlgg does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jlgg aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to verification requirements and the processing times of the relevant payment provider. jlgg reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency. As a general rule, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, jlgg will work with you to identify an appropriate alternative, subject to verification.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions. jlgg reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable anti-money laundering regulations. In such cases, jlgg may report the transaction to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jlgg offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jlgg reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain regions or to players who have previously abused promotional offers.

• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonuses will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jlgg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to the applicable terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jlgg Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. The following general gameplay terms also apply:

6.1 Game Integrity. All games on jlgg use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The outcomes of all games are determined fairly and independently of jlgg's commercial interests.

6.2 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. jlgg reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, jlgg reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. jlgg's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Disconnection. jlgg is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's end. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection when playing.

6.5 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the jlgg sportsbook, including rules governing settlement, void bets, postponed events, and in-play wagering. These rules are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlgg Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to jlgg immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jlgg staff or other players.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your jlgg account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlgg Platform — including but not limited to the jlgg brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlgg or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jlgg.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any jlgg trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jlgg's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jlgg.

9 Privacy & Data

jlgg is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by jlgg's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• jlgg collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlgg, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from events beyond jlgg's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

jlgg's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlgg account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlgg's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

jlgg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jlgg reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jlgg reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, jlgg may forfeit the balance. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jlgg's customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jlgg operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

jlgg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlgg will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
